Processing Time
- Orders are processed within 1-2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays).
- You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order has been shipped.

- Express Shipping (Canada & U.S.): 2-7 business days
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and selected shipping method.
Free Shipping
We offer free Express shipping on all orders within Canada and the U.S.
Order Tracking
Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email. You can track your package using the provided link.
Lost or Delayed Shipments
If your package is delayed or lost in transit, please contact our customer support team at support@wellovacare.com. We will work with the carrier to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
International Shipping
