I’m writing to share a concern regarding a recent purchase I made directly through your website. On May 26, I ordered your 240ml bottle of 99.9% Pure Pharmaceutical-Grade DMSO, based on the product description and the many positive reviews I had seen on Amazon. As a Toronto resident, I was glad to support a local business offering what appeared to be a high-quality product.
As a Registered Holistic Nutritionist (R.H.N.) since 2013, I’ve worked extensively with supplements and natural health products. I’m also very familiar with DMSO and its typical properties, having used it for years for various joint, skin, and internal applications.
Unfortunately, the DMSO I received has a strong, sweet, candy-like scent, which is highly unusual. DMSO is a sulfur compound and normally has a distinctive garlicky smell. To further assess it, I diluted it to a 50% solution and applied it to my skin. Within minutes, I experienced a pronounced sweet taste in my mouth, and even felt nauseated by its intensity.
Your website describes the product as:

While the packaging is consistent with your description, the unusual scent and physiological reaction suggest that something may be wrong with the quality or composition of this batch. This raises a red flag for me, both as a consumer and a wellness professional.
I understand that your refund policy applies only to unopened products in their original condition. However, given that this issue relates to product quality and potential safety, I kindly ask that you make an exception and issue a refund of $45.71 CAD.

I bought it as part of my medical home pharmacy. I've read up on it's amazing benefits. BTW the screw cap was broken when I opened the package and a small amount had leaked out
